Goobne Mall announced on the 19th that it has launched a new product, Siraegi Shiitake Mushroom Hot Pot Rice, targeting single-person households who want a homemade meal.
Siraegi Shiitake Mushroom Hot Pot Rice features the chewy texture of radish greens siraegi, dried radish, and shiitake mushrooms. It is enhanced with rich perilla oil to amplify the savory flavor. Made with 100% domestically grown rice, the rice is cooked using a traditional cauldron direct-fire method, resulting in fluffy and sticky rice. After cooking, the rice is rapidly cooled to prevent the grains from sticking, preserving the glossy appearance like freshly made homemade rice.
With only 275 kcal per 180g serving, the company explained that it is a light option suitable for those on a diet.
