Former U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly left a restaurant without paying after telling his supporters he would buy them food.

According to Business Insider and other sources on the 16th (local time), Trump, who is indicted on charges of illegal removal of national secrets, stopped by a nearby Cuban restaurant after appearing at the Miami federal court on the 13th.

At that time, Trump’s supporters had gathered at the restaurant. They said they came together to celebrate Trump’s 77th birthday the next day and to wish for his victory and success in the 2024 presidential election.

The supporters shouted to him, "Happy birthday," and "Everyone’s favorite president." In response, Trump boldly promised, "I will buy food for everyone." The supporters cheered and began ordering food.

However, once the food ordering started, Trump reportedly left the restaurant within 10 minutes without paying. As a result, the supporters had to pay for the food themselves. Some had to watch him leave without even receiving the food they had ordered.

Regarding this, a spokesperson for Trump has yet to provide any explanation for his behavior.
