Jiranjigyo Security, Disposal of Stocks in Other Corporations Worth 7.1 Billion KRW

Jiranjigyo Security announced on the 16th that it will dispose of 610,250 shares of MonitorLab.

The disposal amount is approximately 7.10636 billion KRW, which is 9.31% of its equity capital. The purpose of the disposal is to improve the financial structure and secure cash liquidity.
