SBW Life Science announced on the 15th that it will transfer shares worth 11 billion KRW (1,000 shares) of GVBT No.4 Association to the management consulting company Gronics and the distribution company JJE The Well.
This decision is aimed at securing cash liquidity, and the transfer date is October 15.
