Hyundai Asan's 'Hyundai Prahills Sosa Station The Prime,' located in the ultra-station area near Sosa Station in Bucheon City, recorded a high subscription competition rate of up to 81.00 to 1 in the random supply non-priority subscription, successfully closing the subscription.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, a total of 248 applications were received for 7 remaining units of the 'Hyundai Prahills Sosa Station The Prime' apartment during the two-day subscription period on the 12th and 13th, resulting in an average competition rate of 35.43 to 1.
The highest competition rate was for the 74㎡A type, with 81 applications for 1 unit, recording a high competition rate of 81.00 to 1. The 74㎡EE type received 167 applications for 6 units, showing a competition rate of 27.83 to 1.
According to a sales official, "Factors contributing to the successful subscription results include the upcoming full opening of the Sosa-Daegok section, an extension of the Seohae Line, scheduled for the 1st of next month, the location value as an ultra-station area near Sosa Station, and the active urban regeneration and residential maintenance projects near Sosa Station, which add future value and seem to have driven the subscription success." He added, "The market is showing signs of entering a stable phase due to continuous government deregulation policies and the freeze on the base interest rate, and the recent recovery in apartment prices in the metropolitan area appears to have prompted previously hesitant demand to move."
