Abley "May Sales and Transaction Volume Hit Record High... Three Consecutive Months of Profit"

60% and 40% Increase Year-on-Year
11 Million Members and 7 Million Monthly Active Users

Style commerce platform Abley announced on the 14th that its sales in May increased by about 60% compared to the same period last year, and its transaction volume grew by 40%, recording the highest performance ever. After reaching the monthly break-even point (BEP) in March, it posted profits for three consecutive months.

Abley stated that the virtuous cycle structure between sellers and users is the key to its success. Abley has 11 million members and 7 million monthly active users (MAU). The number of female customers aged 20 to 39 who visited Abley within a year is 5.63 million, making it a platform used by 90.9% of the 2030 female population in South Korea, the company emphasized.


The number of marketplaces on the platform has exceeded 45,000. Through Abley’s developed "Artificial Intelligence (AI) preference recommendation," customers searching for sellers and styles can be accurately connected. As the variety of products increased, new users were attracted, which directly led to increased sales. Abley plans to launch a global service in the second half of the year and introduce a new business model to help domestic small business owners expand overseas.


Kang Seok-hoon, CEO of Abley, said, "The global service is an extension of Abley’s seller-win-win policy overseas," adding, "We will continue to create a structure where domestic sellers can stand on the global stage, and the growth of sellers leads to the growth of Abley."
