Trust Patch is a joint pain treatment patch developed with domestic technology in 1996.
The newly released 'Trust Finger Plaster Green' has a band size of 2.8 cm x 6 cm, making it suitable for localized areas such as finger joints and wrists. It contains the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) 'Ketoprofen,' which reduces inflammation and relieves pain.
'Trust Pelvin Plaster Orange' uses a plaster form with a size of 7 cm x 10 cm and has good elasticity, making it suitable for osteoarthritic areas with a lot of movement such as knees, wrists, and ankles. The main ingredient, 'Pellbinac,' is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits the synthesis of inflammation-causing substances and provides analgesic effects. Along with menthol, which has a cooling effect, it provides a refreshing sensation upon skin application and relieves pain.
Both products maintain their efficacy for 12 hours with a single application and can be used twice a day. They can be used comfortably during various sports requiring intense movements such as tennis, soccer, and golf.
Kim Yun-ho, head of SK Chemicals' Pharma business, said, "The new products can help improve symptoms for consumers experiencing severe pain due to exercise, gaming, and prolonged smartphone use," adding, "We plan to focus on enhancing brand power so that Trust Patch breaks the perception of being a patch only for the elderly and becomes a brand that all age groups can use."
