Agreement on the Use of Equipment Necessary for Emergency Restoration
Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province is actively preparing emergency response and recovery measures to cope with natural disasters during the summer season.
On the 12th, a memorandum of understanding was signed in the county governor's office with the attendance of Park Shin, Director of Petra Construction, Kim Seokjo, CEO of Jokwang Geological Co., Ltd., Kim Kihyun, CEO of Dasan Construction, and Lee Choonje, CEO of Cheolma Machinery Tools, regarding the use of equipment necessary for emergency recovery from summer natural disasters.
Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, has launched emergency response and urgent recovery measures to prepare for natural disasters during the summer season.
The county signed this agreement to secure professional personnel and equipment such as excavators, dump trucks, pumps, and generators for rapid response and recovery in the event of a disaster, aiming to protect the precious lives and property of its residents.
According to the agreement, these companies will deploy personnel and equipment first upon the county's request in case of a disaster, and the costs will be covered within the budget limits.
County Governor Lee Sanggeun said, “This agreement will establish an organic public-private emergency recovery system, enhancing our disaster response capabilities.”
