This flea market offers affordable purchases of usable toys, books, and other items for young children. Side events include an amusement park and a toy hospital. Any family with infants and toddlers visiting the district office plaza can participate.

A total of 60 families with infants and toddlers, who applied in advance, will participate as sellers at the flea market. Thirty teams will participate in the morning and thirty in the afternoon, offering toys, books, clothing, and other usable childcare items.

At Toy Land operated by Eunpyeong-gu, 200 secondhand toys will be sold. Each person can purchase up to three items using cash or card, with prices ranging from free giveaways to a maximum of 10,000 KRW. All proceeds from sales will be donated to the 'Warm Winter Campaign' fund.

As a side event, an amusement park for infants and toddlers will be set up at the district office plaza. Various attractions such as air bounces, rail trains, carousel riders, spring horses, bubble experiences, trampolines, block play, and photo booths will be available. A free pass costs 1,000 KRW and allows unlimited access to all rides and experience facilities at the plaza.

A 'Toy Hospital' will be operated to repair broken toys free of charge. On-site registration will be accepted from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on the day, with a maximum of two toys per person. Repairable toys include those with power failures, no sound, malfunctions, motor and electrical issues, which will be diagnosed and repaired accordingly. Large toys, water toys, stuffed animals, broken toys, and precision electronic toys are excluded from repairs.

Kim Mi-kyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong-gu, said, "We hope this event will serve as a place of exchange that encourages families with infants and toddlers to think about the meaning and value of resource circulation and to experience sharing," adding, "We wish for young children to have a happy time with their families."
