Won't You Go Stargazing with Me? Gwangju Science Museum's 'Byeolbit School'

The National Gwangju Science Museum will hold the nighttime celestial observation programs 'Starlight School' and 'Night Sky Observation Captain' on the 28th and 29th, respectively.

Starlight School is open to anyone interested in astronomy and includes programs such as stories about astronomy related to space, finding summer constellations, and celestial observation using the Starlight Observatory's telescope.

Night Sky Observation Captain allows teams of up to four participants from third grade elementary school and above. Participants learn about the types and principles of telescopes, assemble and operate telescopes themselves, and observe celestial bodies in the night sky. They can also receive the celestial photos they took as souvenirs.

Applications for both programs can be submitted through the museum's website starting from the 13th.
