'Wonju Dongmun The East' with No Resale Restrictions, First Priority Subscription on the 21st

Dongmoon Construction announced on the 9th that it will sell units in 'Wonju Dongmoon The East,' located at 1298 Gwanseol-dong, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do.

Wonju Dongmoon The East is a park-type complex consisting of 11 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 873 households and exclusive areas of 80, 84, and 115㎡. The layout is mainly south-facing with a 4-bay slab-type design (except for some units). Some units also offer views of Wonjucheon Stream, Chiaksan Mountain, and Baegunsan Mountain.

Community facilities include a fitness center, golf practice range, coin laundry, and a small library. A kids center providing free childcare services for two years will also be established. As part of the educational services, tuition fees for Daechi Nuri Education (academy) within the complex will be supported for one child per household for two years after moving in.

Living infrastructure includes Hanaro Mart, Homeplus, Premium Outlets, and Wonju Medical Center in downtown Wonju, as well as planned facilities such as E-Mart Traders in the Innovation City, Saint Hospital, and Megabox. The Wonjucheon Stream walking trail is located right in front of the complex, and Gwanseol Elementary School and Yeongseo High School are within walking distance.

Transportation conditions are favorable with the Jungang Expressway and National Route 19 nearby. Through Wonju Station on the double-track Jungang Line between Wonju and Jecheon, which opened in 2021, it takes about an hour to reach Seoul Cheongnyangni Station. In 2025, the Gwanseol Hi-Pass IC project, connecting to the Jungang Expressway, is scheduled to be completed.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 20th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 21st and second-priority on the 22nd. Winners will be announced on the 28th, and the official contract period is from July 10 to 12. Benefits include a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW, interest support on the 5% deposit, and interest-free installments.

Units will be supplied to residents of Wonju-si and Gangwon-do. First-priority subscription is available even for homeowners if the subscription savings account has been held for more than six months (with deposit requirements varying by region and area). There are no restrictions on resale or re-winning.
