The overall length is about 4.5 meters, the width is about 2 meters, and the wheelbase (distance from the front wheel to the rear wheel) is 2.73 meters. For aerodynamics, the front wheels are equipped with 20-inch wheels, and the rear wheels have 21-inch wheels. The color of this vehicle is specially made in Rocket Metallic. The battery is installed in the center of the vehicle, behind the vehicle seats?that is, behind the rear seats. This is to place the vehicle's center of gravity in the middle, similar to a midship engine layout.
This vehicle is designed with a 900V system architecture to have twice the charging speed of the Taycan Turbo S. It will also have greater downforce than the 911 GT3 RS, one of Porsche's fastest cars. It is made to deliver a power-to-weight ratio of 1 horsepower per 1 kilogram, and Porsche explains that the ultimate goal is to become the fastest electric car to run on the N?rburgring Nordschleife in Germany.
This course is chosen by supercars worldwide to demonstrate their highest performance. Currently, the Mercedes-Benz AMG One and Porsche 911 GT2 RS complete the lap in about 6 minutes 30 to 40 seconds. In the electric vehicle category, the Tesla Model S Plaid holds the fastest record with 7 minutes 25 seconds.
