[2023 IPR Forum] "Company-Specific Specialized ChatGPT and AI Human Construction Possible"

Professor Son Byung-hee of Kookmin University and Executive Director of the AI-specialized company Maum AI explained that it is possible to build AI humans and ChatGPT specialized in industries and domains through the Maum AI platform.

On the 8th, Professor Son gave a presentation titled "Utilization of Large-scale Language Models" at the '2023 Asia Economy IPR Forum' held on the 19th floor of the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.

He said, "By applying the ChatGPT training process by domain, it is possible to develop and supply domain-specialized ChatGPT." The AI service process is carried out by developing enterprise GPT after customized AI training and then immediately using the orchestra. The Maum Orchestra developed by Maum AI refers to a service that connects AI, which exists only in scattered API forms. After that, a front application (app) is built, leading to AI human service operation.

Professor Son explained, "Connecting data to train, evaluate, and deploy models is done as a single process," adding, "The AI service process starts from whether data can be applied as technology, then enters the training process, and if training goes well, enterprise GPT can be created." He continued, "You can think of it as a process of using the Maum Orchestra tool to pull APIs, build front apps, and generate human AI."

He added, "Just like human senses, it has five core engines: vision, hearing, voice, face, and language, which are integrated to expand to human AI," and said, "Text, voice, and video allow human AI to appear in front and engage in actual conversations."

Professor Son said, "We implemented a response time within one second, which is possible because Korea has supporting network services and cloud services, enabling integrated services immediately," and added, "Regarding the core engines, we possess technology that can compete globally without losing out." He also said, "All technologies are modularized; Maum AI is at version 3.0, which contains a total of 28 modularized technologies," and explained, "These technologies are all connected and packaged as APIs, so you can extract and combine only the necessary technologies."
