Jeil Construction announced on the 8th that it will open the model house for Jije Station Semiconductor Valley Jeil Punggyeongchae 2BL, supplied through the Gajae District Urban Development Project in Pyeongtaek City, on the 9th and will begin full-scale sales.

Jije Station Semiconductor Valley Jeil Punggyeongchae 2BL will be developed in Block 2 of the Gajae District in Pyeongtaek City, consisting of 12 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,152 households. All units are medium-to-large apartments with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 103㎡. By exclusive area, there are ▲84㎡A 819 units ▲84㎡B 162 units ▲103㎡ 171 units.
The sale price of the complex is set at an average of 14 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The sale price for the 84㎡ units is in the high 40 million KRW range. Compared to nearby existing complexes where actual transaction prices have reached the 70 million KRW range since April, it is evaluated to have price competitiveness.
The sales conditions include a fixed contract deposit of 10 million KRW (1st payment) and a deferred interest payment plan for the intermediate payments. To reduce the interest burden on buyers, a fixed interest rate of 1.5% per annum will be paid upon move-in. Additionally, resale is allowed six months after the contract, which means buyers can resell before the intermediate payment loan, adding to the appeal.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 15th, followed by first priority subscriptions on the 16th, and second priority subscriptions on the 19th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 23rd, and official contracts will be signed over three days from the 4th to the 6th of the following month.
The first priority eligibility requires a subscription savings account membership of at least one year and payment of the deposit amount according to the region and area. As of the announcement date for resident recruitment, applicants must be non-homeowners aged 19 or older in Pyeongtaek City or nationwide, but those owning one or more homes can also apply.
The complex is expected to offer excellent residential conditions as all infrastructure within the Gajae District can be conveniently accessed. In particular, an elementary school and kindergarten are planned within walking distance, providing a safe school commute zone.
Moreover, within a 2.9 km radius is Pyeongtaek Jije Station, where Line 1, SRT, and GTX (A, C) line extensions are being promoted, offering excellent metropolitan transportation networks. The KTX from Suwon is scheduled to stop there in 2025, adding more metropolitan routes.
Jije Station Jeil Punggyeongchae Semiconductor Valley 2BL will feature a 100% underground parking design. It will be introduced as a park-type complex with various themed parks including a large lawn yard with a rock garden, a children's water playground, and a Mom’s Station.
An event called “Nationwide Subscription Pride” will be held, offering a 100,000 KRW department store gift certificate to all subscription applicants (special supply and first priority), along with various prize draws and other events.
