Namyang Dairy Products has thrown down the gauntlet in the convenience food market by launching ‘Yobetti,’ a premium flip yogurt (a product where toppings are poured over yogurt) that can be enjoyed as a dessert or a meal replacement, in line with the ‘Healthy Pleasure’ trend of managing health enjoyably.

Yobetti is composed of three lineups: Blueberry and Maple, which can be enjoyed with sweet syrup, almonds, and oats, and Honey, which includes acacia honey allowing adjustable sweetness. Reflecting the yogurt bowl recipe, it can be conveniently enjoyed with just one product. Additionally, the viscosity has been increased to allow the natural taste of yogurt to be felt, and a dedicated syrup has been added to differentiate it from existing products.

Namyang Dairy Products has steadily expanded its flip-type topping yogurt product line. Last year, targeting the younger generation, it introduced ‘Ttotteobul,’ topped with popping candy that bursts in the mouth and savory sunflower seeds. Ttotteobul is a shortened form of ‘Fold again and eat Bulgari.’ It applies the yogurt manufacturing know-how of spoonable Bulgari and features pastel-toned designs on the container aimed at the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).

Ttotteobul was also launched in 2020 with Snowflake Choco & Granola and Heart Choco flavors. Ttotteobul Heart Choco uses cocoa certified by 'UTZ certification,' which is granted to farms that manage all processes and environments from cocoa cultivation to harvest. Snowflake Choco & Granola contains handmade granola carefully made without preservatives or chemical additives and Belgian ‘Callebaut Chocolate,’ a renowned chocolate brand. The product enhances quality and brings out flavor and texture with various toppings, making it suitable not only as a snack but also as a meal.
