Global chair specialist Patra (CEO Han Sang-guk) is conducting promotions for the floor chair MikaR and bar stool Olla to customers preparing for the home-cation season.
MikaR is the floor chair version of 'Mika,' the only domestic chair that has swept the three major global design competitions: the American IDEA, German If, and Red Dot. It features Mika's elegant curved design and a seat slightly raised from the floor to allow proper posture while sitting on the floor.
Olla is a bar chair suitable for high tables like island dining tables and was a finalist in the American IDEA competition. Both products, developed by Patra's R&D center, stand out with their sophisticated design and a backrest that comfortably supports the waist like a wrap-around seat, making Olla a more comfortable bar chair.
For customers who want to experience the products, until the 11th, Patra is holding the 'MikaR Story Application Event,' where applicants write why they need MikaR, and the 'RRR Quiz Event,' where participants guess the meaning of 'R' in the MikaR product name for a chance to win the product. Applications can be easily made by commenting on Instagram, increasing the chance of winning.
The Olla experience group is being recruited until the 25th. Five applicants will be selected to receive two Ollas each and are required to post reviews on their personal SNS. All events conducted on Patra's official online shopping mall Saenghwaljium can be found in detail on the Saenghwaljium official Instagram.
Lee Chan-gyu, head of Patra's online business division, said, “Although outdoor activities and travel demand have increased after the pandemic, the home cafe trend, which gives meaning to the kitchen or living room as a space for rest and healing, has been ongoing for years. Reflecting customers' interest in floor chairs that allow comfortable reading, video watching, and various hobbies at home, as well as bar stools needed to decorate home cafes or home bars, we have prepared events to expand opportunities to experience essential home-cation items.”
