Pulmuone Foods announced on the 8th the launch of a premium frozen pizza, 'Cheese Waterfall Chicago Pizza Bolognese,' topped with a meat-flavored Bolognese sauce and cheese on a crispy biscuit dough.

Cheese Waterfall Chicago Pizza features Pulmuone's proprietary 'Biscuit Edge,' a dough made with butter and eggs instead of regular wheat flour, rolled out to a thickness of 13mm. It is characterized by a generous amount of flavorful Bolognese sauce made with fresh tomato sauce, minced meat, herbs, and garlic. The cheese blend includes mozzarella and provolone cheeses, adding a soft and savory taste.


It can be conveniently cooked in an air fryer at 165℃ for 15 minutes. A Pulmuone Foods representative said, "We have introduced this new product so that customers can enjoy delicious pizza comparable to specialty stores at a reasonable price," adding, "We plan to continuously launch premium frozen pizzas differentiated by unique edges and various toppings to satisfy consumer needs."
