Hanwha Q CELLS received high praise in customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and product reliability surveys, once again proving its strong influence in major solar markets.

Hanwha Q CELLS was recently selected as the 'Top Brand PV 2023' in Europe and the United States. This marks the 10th consecutive year in Europe and the 2nd consecutive year in the U.S. that the company has achieved this honor. The award is conducted by the global research organization 'EUPD Research' since 2010. It surveys industry professionals who directly distribute and install solar modules, awarding the manufacturer with the highest brand awareness and satisfaction ratings.
Additionally, Hanwha Q CELLS secured first place for the fourth consecutive year in the solar category of the 'Life & Living Awards 2023' in Germany. This year, the award was determined based on evaluations from approximately 50,000 local customers conducted by Germany’s news channel 'n-tv' and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ). Hanwha Q CELLS achieved top rankings in customer satisfaction and brand recognition in Germany, where renewable energy is regarded as a major consumer good and enjoys strong public interest.
Hanwha Q CELLS also continued to be recognized in awards based on product performance and long-term reliability. In the recent '2023 PV Module Reliability Scorecard' conducted by the solar certification body 'PVEL', Hanwha Q CELLS’ flagship module series, the 'Q.PEAK DUO', earned high scores and was named a 'Top Performer' for the eighth consecutive year. PVEL evaluates how well products maintain performance under harsh weather conditions such as high and low temperatures, high humidity, and high pressure. Only modules that maintain over 98% output are designated as 'Top Performers'.
The reason Hanwha Q CELLS maintains such high satisfaction and trust among global customers and industry professionals is due to its rigorous quality control and technological expertise. Hanwha Q CELLS conducts internal quality management under conditions up to three times stricter than the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) quality inspection standards. Furthermore, the Q.PEAK DUO series applies Hanwha Q CELLS’ proprietary 'Q.ANTUM DUO Z' technology to prevent output degradation. In fact, the annual output decline of Hanwha Q CELLS modules is among the lowest in the industry at approximately 0.45%, enabling the company to offer customers the longest output warranty period in the industry.
