Gyeonggi Province is launching a program to train specialized electric vehicle maintenance personnel.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced on the 8th that it will operate an electric vehicle maintenance specialist training course in northern Gyeonggi for unemployed residents aged 19 and over, in response to the industrial demand shifting towards eco-friendly vehicles. Applications for the course will be accepted until the 16th. The training will be conducted face-to-face at Shinhan University in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, from June 26 to October 13.
This training program is designed to help participants acquire basic knowledge of electric vehicles and grow into electric vehicle maintenance experts through practical maintenance training programs.
The curriculum covers both theory and practice, including ▲understanding the basic structure of electric vehicles ▲automotive engine maintenance ▲practical skills for electric vehicle maintenance.
Employment support programs such as special lectures on employment and job placement assistance will also be provided to trainees.
The training is completely free of charge, and trainees can receive a training allowance of up to 400,000 KRW.
