Byeongno Lee, Damyang County Governor, Joins 'Jeonnam 220 Sharing Leaders Relay Campaign'

On the 7th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that Lee Byung-no, the governor of Damyang-gun, has joined the Jeonnam Love Fruit '220 Sharing Leaders Relay Campaign,' which promotes the spread of local sharing culture and the activation of individual fundraising, and was registered as Damyang Sharing Leader No. 1.


At the signing ceremony for joining the Sharing Leaders Relay Campaign held that day, following Governor Lee Byung-no, Choi Yong-man, chairman of the county council, was registered as No. 2, and Heo Young-ho, representative of the Jeonnam Honor Society, also completed his registration.

At the joint fundraising distribution ceremony held together, the Vehicle Support was confirmed for the Association of the Physically Disabled and Bitgoeul Community.


In addition, three social welfare facilities including Damyang Jesus Heart House received project support, and the Damyang County Welfare Foundation was allocated funds for the Sharing Culture Expansion Support Project.


Governor Lee Byung-no said, “Precious donations plant courage in those in need to live a brighter and more fragrant life,” and added, “I hope that the culture of sharing and donation will spread and lead to a positive influence in the local community.”


Sharing Leaders pledge to donate 1 million won within one year and carry out their donations.


The donations are used for the ‘Our Neighborhood Welfare Mobile Unit Project,’ which alleviates daily inconveniences of socially vulnerable groups in the Jeonnam region and supports households in crisis.
