Gangnam-gu, Seoul is transforming into a robot-friendly future city. On the 7th, KT announced, "We have signed an 'MOU for Providing Outdoor Robot Delivery Services' with Gangnam-gu Office to realize a robot-friendly future city."

This agreement aims to combine KT's robot technology with Gangnam-gu Office's urban administrative capabilities to develop outdoor robot delivery services, enabling outdoor delivery robots to quickly and accurately deliver food, daily necessities, and more to various locations within Gangnam-gu. Through this, residents will be provided with convenient and safe delivery services and a robot-friendly future urban lifestyle.

KT plans to provide stable and reliable services in various delivery business areas in cooperation with Gangnam-gu by utilizing its robot platform, integrated control system, communication infrastructure, and outdoor autonomous robots. They intend to continuously pursue technological research and development and service collaboration to implement an innovative delivery model using robots in Gangnam-gu and establish a best practice for outdoor robot delivery services.
