The slogan for this tournament was set as 'Green Recharge (Recharging Hope on the Field)' to recapture the joy of pre-COVID-19 golf tournaments in line with the COVID-19 endemic (periodic outbreak of infectious diseases), Celltrion Group explained.

At this year’s Queens Masters, Celltrion Group, the KLPGA Association, and the players have all joined forces to help revitalize the local economy in Gangwon Province through various ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) programs. For each birdie recorded by participating players on a specific hole, Celltrion Group will donate 500,000 KRW per birdie to the Yangyang County talent development fund. Additionally, at the official pro-am, an auction will be held with cherished items donated by participating players such as defending champion Park Min-ji, Park Ji-young, and Park Hyun-kyung, with all proceeds donated to organizations supporting independence activists.

On the official practice day, one day before the opening, Gangwon Province native players including Lim Hee-jung, Han Jin-sun, Kim Min-byeol, and Kim Min-seon7 will conduct a supporting program for promising youth golfers in the Yangyang area, providing golf posture correction and sharing their own know-how.

Furthermore, a booth for selling local specialty products from Yangyang will be set up in the Gallery Plaza to promote and support product sales. To revitalize the local economy, a collaborative program will also be conducted to provide discounts to visitors holding tickets in partnership with nearby restaurants in the tournament area, fostering mutual growth with local businesses. During the tournament, a 'Queens Cafe' will operate, offering beverages to spectators at the tee box after tee shots.

A Celltrion representative said, "This tournament has prepared various ESG programs to provide hope to local residents who are overcoming recent difficulties such as COVID-19 and wildfire damage. We hope that the interest during the Queens Masters will extend from the tournament to the local community, becoming an opportunity for mutual growth."
