Receive Education on Cultivating Proper Character and Understanding the Organization
BNK Gyeongnam Bank held an entrance ceremony for the '2023 First Half New Employees' at the BNK Gyeongnam Bank Training Center.
There are a total of 20 new employees for the first half of 2023, most of whom were hired through the regional talent recruitment process.
The new employees took an oath, stating, "We will diligently participate in the training period and faithfully develop the qualities of a bank employee," and began a four-week training program.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank Director Park Hye-cheol and the new employees from the first half of 2023 are taking a group commemorative photo.
They will receive training on job duties (such as deposits, loans, and foreign exchange), cultivation of proper character (CS education and external team activities), and understanding of the organization (joint training and conversations with seniors).
New employee Choi Eun-ju shared her thoughts, saying, "I will do my best during the training period to develop the qualities required as a bank employee. Additionally, I will strive to become a true member of the BNK Gyeongnam Bank family."
Park Hye-cheol, Director of the Training Center, said, "We appreciate the great interest shown by many talented individuals in the 2023 first half new employee recruitment, which was prepared to participate in the government's youth job creation policy. We will actively support the selected new employees so that they can be loved by customers and become confident financial professionals."
Meanwhile, BNK Gyeongnam Bank specially prepared the first half new employee recruitment to contribute to youth job creation and plans to conduct new employee recruitment again in the second half of the year.
