Hanshin Engineering Consortium announced on the 5th that it will sell units in 'Unjeong 3 District A45 Block' in Unjeong New Town, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, this December.

Unjeong 3 District A45 Block will be developed with 11 buildings ranging from 1 basement floor to 28 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 520 households with exclusive areas of 74 to 84㎡. Among the types, 74㎡B has the largest number of units with 116 households.
The complex will be a station-area apartment within walking distance of the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX)-A Unjeong Station (planned). The government has announced that the GTX-A section from Unjeong Station to Seoul Station will open early in the second half of next year, which is expected to improve accessibility to Seoul. The estimated travel time is about 18 minutes. Additionally, the Second Ring Expressway of the metropolitan area is under construction nearby, and access to Seoul-Munsan Expressway, Jayuro, and Second Jayuro is convenient.
Educational conditions are also favorable. Right in front of the complex, Unjeong 4 Elementary School and Unjeong 5 Middle School, which recently passed the Ministry of Education's central investment review, are planned to be built, and a high school site has also been planned. For living infrastructure, there are Homeplus and Gyohadong Library nearby, and various commercial and convenience facilities centered around GTX-A Unjeong Station can be used. The area also boasts abundant green spaces such as Sannae Park, Hansol Park, Yangjimall Park, and Unjeong Lake Park.
The complex is subject to the price ceiling system for sale. Move-in is scheduled for the end of August 2026.
