The Plaza Launches Patbingsu Featuring Traditional Snacks Like Injeolmi

Pineapple Mango Bingsu with Whole Fruits Included

The Lounge, a cafe & bar operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts The Plaza, announced on the 5th that it will introduce red bean shaved ice using traditional snacks to welcome the summer season.

The newly launched traditional red bean shaved ice at The Lounge features milk ice topped with injeolmi powder, red beans, and Udo peanut EBA ice cream. EBA (Everything But Artificial) is a healthy ice cream that contains no chemical additives and transparently discloses its ingredients, gaining popularity at Galleria Luxury Hall. Chewy dried sweet potato, yakgwa, and injeolmi, which can be enjoyed alongside, enhance the flavor of the traditional red bean shaved ice. The price is 47,000 KRW.

They also sell fruit shaved ice topped with mango EBA ice cream and mango pulp on a whole pineapple. It is characterized by slicing a whole mango with a sugar content of over 16 Brix. The pineapple is served with a puree sauce stewed in sugar, coconut condensed milk, and mango sauce. The price is 65,000 KRW.
