Collaboration to Attract Domestic and International Tourists to the Region
Modetour announced on the 2nd that it held a business agreement ceremony with Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam, to promote a wellness tourism travel product development project.
Through this agreement, Modetour plans to develop distinctive package travel products themed around the wellness travel content that Hamyang possesses, based on Modetour's 34 years of know-how and expertise, and to carry out various promotional channels and affiliate and corporate-linked marketing to attract domestic and international tourists. In particular, there is a plan to focus on attracting tourists from Seoul and the metropolitan area.
Jin Byeong-yeong, the governor of Hamyang, said, "We hope to cooperate with Modetour, which has abundant experience and know-how in domestic and international package travel products, so that Hamyang can provide travelers with a satisfying experience as a leader in wellness tourism."
Jo Jae-gwang, head of Modetour, said, "Hamyang is a region with various attractions, and the response to the new wellness product recently launched with Hamyang-gun has been positive. Through close cooperation with Hamyang-gun, we will strive to develop distinctive wellness products that can only be experienced in Hamyang and attract domestic and international tourists."
