Kangwon Land announced on the 2nd that it will recruit over 400 experiential interns and part-time workers in preparation for the summer peak season.
They plan to select experiential interns who will work at High1 Resort hotels and condos, summer leisure facilities, Water World, etc., and part-time employees who will assist with casino operations, the medical office, children's program management, and support the operation of employee dormitories and welfare centers.
Applications can be submitted through the Kangwon Land website until 10 a.m. on the 14th. After screening, the candidates eligible for interviews will be announced. Interviews for each recruitment category will be conducted from the 19th to the 22nd, and the final successful candidates will be announced on the 23rd.
For the experiential intern positions, youths aged 19 to 34 can apply regardless of their educational background or work experience. There are no specific restrictions for the part-time positions, but preference will be given to those with relevant experience or certifications.
Both recruitment categories provide additional points in the selection process for low-income individuals, single-parent families, North Korean defectors, veterans, persons with disabilities, and multicultural families. To offer short-term job opportunities to youths from mining-closed areas, additional points are also given to those who can commute from their homes.
Experiential interns and seasonal workers will work until the end of August, and welfare benefits include meals and uniforms, enrollment in the four major social insurances, and free admission tickets to High1 Water World, which can be used on days off.
