At the 1st plenary session on the day, Councilor Lee Jongcheol questioned the county’s stance on the Hwanggang Regional Water Intake Facility installation project and asked about measures to prevent damage to Hapcheon County caused by the installation of the intake facility. Councilor Seong Jongtae demanded measures to address illegal parking and stopping of large trucks, which are becoming increasingly serious, during a 5-minute free speech.

Chairman Jo Samsul, in his opening remarks, urged, “Do not review the 2022 fiscal year revenue and expenditure settlement approval as a routine examination of last year’s executed budget, but consider it as basic data for next year’s budget and do your best in the review.”
