- Introduction of Trendy Facilities Such as Movie Theaters and Sky Lounges
- Application of Specialized Systems Including Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Smart Passes
Recently supplied apartment facilities are at an astonishing level. As consumers regard apartments not only as residential spaces but also as areas encompassing culture and leisure, construction companies are applying various facilities and systems. They are enhancing resident satisfaction by introducing guest houses, sky lounges, and even movie theaters.
For example, ‘The Sharp Centro’ located in Asan-si, Chungnam Province, offered differentiated community facilities such as a ‘Picnic Garden’ where residents can enjoy camping and a ‘Farm Garden’ that can be used as a vegetable garden, attracting high interest from consumers at the time of sale. Additionally, ‘City OCEEL Phase 3’ in Michuhol-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, drew market and consumer attention by introducing unique spaces like a ‘Pet Garden’ where residents can play with their pets.
‘Sangmu Central Xi,’ built by GS Construction on the former Honam University Ssangchon Campus site in Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, features several facilities worthy of being called signature amenities.
First, Gwangju’s first premium screening room exclusively for residents, ‘CGV Salon,’ will be located within the complex. This premium theater offers more comfortable reclining seats than regular theaters, and residents can easily book movies through the ‘Xi App.’
The sky lounge ‘CLUB CLOUD,’ located on the 30th floor?the highest floor of the complex?offers panoramic views of downtown Gwangju and Mudeungsan Mountain, serving as a space for leisure and resident interaction. Three types of guest houses can be used as spaces for welcoming guests, party rooms, or business rooms. The fitness center is equipped with Italian exercise equipment from Technogym, an official supplier of Olympic sports equipment and used in 5-star hotel fitness centers such as Shilla Hotel. Additionally, two screen golf facilities and an indoor golf practice range equipped with the GDR system at all seats attract attention.
A cafeteria operated in partnership with SPC Group is also planned, and the ‘Small Library’ within the complex will curate carefully selected new releases and bestsellers in various fields through an agreement with Kyobo Bookstore.
Facilities and systems reflecting the latest trends are also notable. In line with the growth of the electric vehicle market, ample electric vehicle charging facilities for a total of 405 vehicles (3 fast chargers, 13 slow chargers, and 389 outlet-type chargers) are planned. Additionally, an energy management system that monitors electricity, gas, and water usage 24 hours a day, a smart pass, an e-book library, and a parking management system will be applied.
Each unit’s living room and kitchen will be equipped with the ventilation-type air purification system ‘Sysclean’ as standard, UV air purification systems will be installed in elevators, and a dry self-service car cleaning system will be provided in the underground parking lot.
Luxurious finishing materials and home appliances are also points of pride. German kitchen furniture and appliances will be provided as standard in all units. The globally recognized and highly reputable luxury kitchen furniture brands ‘Sie Matic,’ premium kitchen furniture ‘LEIGHT’ established in 1928, and ‘nobilia,’ which holds the number one market share in the European kitchen furniture market, will be applied according to housing types. German global appliance brand ‘Miele’ and the Italian luxury hood ‘falmec,’ which gained attention from the movie ‘Parasite,’ will also be installed.
Meanwhile, Sangmu Central Xi will be built with 14 buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, totaling 903 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 247 square meters. A housing exhibition hall is currently operating, and subscription applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 5th, followed by first priority on the 7th and second priority on the 8th.
