Debuted at 18... Winner of Multiple Model Awards

Model Lee Pyeong, who once graced the stage of the late Andre Kim, has passed away at the age of 43.
Model Lee Seon-jin announced on her social media on the 31st of last month that Lee Pyeong had died. She said, "(The deceased) had been suffering from cancer for a long time and was in great pain. Despite the pain, he stood on the runway and worked as a model, finding happiness."
She continued, "He did not want people to know he was sick, so I could not inform those around him about his illness," and asked, "I request many people to accompany the deceased on his final journey for the best model and wonderful junior."
She also expressed regret, saying, "I couldn't keep in touch often, nor did I properly treat him to a delicious meal when we met, just letting time pass by," and "In fact, I avoided contacting him because I was afraid he might have gotten much worse. I'm sorry."
Meanwhile, Lee Pyeong debuted as a model at the age of 18. He became known to the public by walking the runways of fashion shows planned by top domestic designers such as Andre Kim, Lee Sang-bong, Jo Myung-rye, Park Chun-moo, Lee Kyung-won, and Kwak Hyun-joo.
He also received awards such as the Female Model category at the 31st Korea Best Dresser Swan Awards in 2016 and the Asia Beauty Awards Model Award.
The late model, who had been battling cancer, reportedly passed away on the 31st of last month. The funeral hall was set up in Room 23 of the Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul. The funeral service is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on the 2nd, after which he will be cremated at Seoul Memorial Park and interred at Uljin Memorial Park.
