The university's proactive support has led to top-level results nationwide in both quantity and quality. Most applicants pass the written exam every year, and the interview exam boasts a 100% pass rate. I hope our proud Cheonma members grow with the right mindset and attitude to serve the country and its people as public officials."
The 'National Government Level 7 Regional Talent Trainee Selection Exam' was introduced in 2005 to strengthen regional representation in public service by evenly recruiting regional talents. Candidates who meet certain qualifications and are recommended by their universities undergo a written exam (PSAT, Constitution) administered by the Ministry of Personnel Management, document screening, and interviews for selection.
This year's successful candidates will complete basic training in the first half of next year to adapt to public service and improve job skills, followed by trainee work at central administrative agencies. The trainee period is approximately one year, after which they will be appointed as regular Level 7 public officials following a performance evaluation.
