According to the Korea Real Estate Board's 'Subscription Home,' the non-priority subscription for 'Dongtan New Town Geumgang Pentarium 6th Central Park' held on the 30th (Tuesday) received a total of 4,529 subscription applications for 7 units (84㎡A 4 units / 84㎡B 3 units), resulting in an average competition rate of 647 to 1.

By type, the 84㎡A type recorded a competition rate of 767.5 to 1 with 3,070 applications for 4 units, while the 84㎡B type showed a competition rate of 486.33 to 1 with 1,459 applications for 3 units.

The industry evaluates that this result was somewhat expected. The complex attracted high interest even before the sale due to the benefits from the recently announced large-scale semiconductor cluster development in Yongin and the reasonable sale price set at an average of 14.5 million KRW per 3.3㎡. In fact, the model house of the complex saw about 15,000 visitors over three days since its opening, demonstrating high popularity despite the recent nationwide economic downturn.

A sales official said, "The high satisfaction of consumers with the differentiated design and product quality of Geumgang Pentarium, which has been recognized by supplying housing up to the 5th phase in Dongtan, seems to have led to the subscription applications," adding, "We will present a landmark complex representing the new residential culture town of Dongtan to repay the high interest and support."

'Dongtan New Town Geumgang Pentarium 6th Central Park' is a large-scale apartment complex with a total of 1,103 units being developed in the new residential culture town of Dongtan 2 New City. It consists of medium to large apartments with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 100㎡.
