GS Global Opens Dedicated Busan and Gyeongnam Showrooms for BYD Electric Truck 'T-Po K'

GS Global announced on the 1st that it has opened the Busan-Gyeongnam showroom in collaboration with G&B CV, the official dealer of BYD's 1t electric truck 'T4K'. GS Global plans to expand the T4K sales network nationwide, starting with Seoul and Busan.

The T4K is an electric truck launched by GS Global in cooperation with BYD, actively reflecting the needs of Korean consumers. It features top-level practicality and convenience among domestic 1t trucks. Equipped with the largest capacity of 82kWh among domestic 1t electric trucks, it can travel 246km at normal temperature and 209km at low temperature according to the Ministry of Environment certification standards. The motor output is 140kW, boasting the highest performance among domestic 1t electric trucks. It is equipped with BYD's Blade Battery, known for excellent thermal stability, and V2L (Vehicle to Load) that supplies electricity externally.

The opening ceremony was attended by GS Global Executive Director Kim Sang-hyun, BYD Commercial Vehicle Operations Division CEO Tian Chunlong, G&B Group Chairman Lee Jin-baek, G&B CV CEO Lee Min-wook, as well as executives and related personnel, along with Jin Il-pyo, Consul General of the Chinese Consulate in Busan, celebrating the opening of the T4K Busan-Gyeongnam showroom.

The newly opened Busan-Gyeongnam showroom is the first T4K showroom located in the Yeongnam region. It is adjacent to Jungang-daero, providing excellent accessibility, and is close to highways connecting major metropolitan cities such as Gimhae, Yangsan, and Ulsan.

GS Global currently operates showrooms in Guro-gu, Seoul, and Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do, together with the metropolitan area dealer Shin Aju e-Truck. Starting with the opening of the Busan-Gyeongnam showroom, GS Global plans to expand to 14 dedicated T4K sales branches and over 40 service centers nationwide within the year, including key locations with excellent customer accessibility such as Yongsan in Seoul, Cheonan, Daejeon, Daegu, and two locations in the Honam region.
