Kia "Partial production disruption of all models due to union partial strike"

On the 31st, Kia announced that the Kia Labor Union participated in a partial strike organized by the Metal Workers' Union of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, resulting in production stoppages at all domestic plants.

The company stated, "(The impact of the strike) is partial production disruption across all vehicle models." The production stoppage lasted 4 hours each for the first and second shifts on that day. Production is expected to resume on the following day, the 1st of next month.
