Good Neighbors Global Impact Foundation (CEO Hyun Jin-young) announced on the 31st of last month that it has signed a sponsorship agreement with Bion Life Science Co., Ltd. (CEO Go Chang-wook) and Watson R&D Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Bong-yoon) to support developing countries overseas.
Good Neighbors Global Impact, which is promoting social economy projects to solve sustainable economic problems and improve the quality of life for marginalized groups in 26 countries worldwide, has been discussing animal vaccine research and distribution projects for developing countries overseas with Bion Life Science and Watson R&D since 2020. The sponsorship funds will be used to support the economic independence of local residents in developing countries overseas.
Bion Life Science Co., Ltd. is a strong small and medium-sized enterprise with excellent technology that holds numerous domestic and international patents for life science-related diagnostic components and specializes in manufacturing and selling various experimental equipment. Meanwhile, Watson R&D Co., Ltd. is an innovative venture company developing innovative animal vaccines, including foot-and-mouth disease vaccines, based on cutting-edge genetic recombination technology, and is planning to expand its business area through the development of human vaccines in the future.
Meanwhile, Bion Life Science and Watson R&D have been actively conducting research and product development in each business field by creating mutual business synergy based on business exchanges and strategic collaboration systems between the two companies.
