The Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority has signed a business agreement with the Pyeongtaek Coast Guard.
On the 30th, the Pyeongtaek Port Authority announced that it had signed a business agreement with the Pyeongtaek Coast Guard to create a safe marine leisure environment in the Gyeonggi Sea.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will establish a mutual exchange and cooperation network to support and collaborate for the safety and convenience of marine leisure vessels and users.
The main areas of cooperation include ▲ use of the Coast Guard's Jebu Marina facilities for rescue, enforcement, and prevention of marine safety accidents ▲ joint education and training for disaster and safety accident preparedness ▲ equipment support and joint response for marine pollution prevention.
The Pyeongtaek Port Authority particularly sees the Jebu Marina as a significant asset in promoting the life and safety of citizens enjoying marine leisure in the Gyeonggi Sea.
Kim Seok-gu, President of the Pyeongtaek Port Authority, emphasized, "Through this business agreement, we will create a safe and clean marine leisure environment in the Gyeonggi Sea based on a close cooperative system."
