‘Weverse Queue’ for Mobile Waiting

Two new services of Weverse, HYBE's global fandom life platform, will be unveiled for the first time at the Weverse Con Festival. They are ‘Weverse Queue’ and ‘Weverse by Fans.’ The Weverse Con Festival will be held on the 10th and 11th of next month at KSPO DOME (Gymnastics Stadium).
Weverse Queue is a service that allows users to easily apply for waiting lines at various booths on-site through Weverse. Within a 3km radius of the venue, users can access the Weverse Con Festival homepage and select a waiting group for the booth they wish to visit to complete the queue application. Three-step notifications will be sent: entrance order guidance, waiting guidance in front of the booth, and entrance timing guidance. A 'pre-experience' will be held from the 7th to the 9th of next month.
‘Weverse by Fans’ is a service that allows users to easily create their own official merch customized as they wish. On the commerce platform ‘Weverse Shop,’ users can select desired items and arrange design elements such as artist photos, logos, text, and image clips using an editing tool to personalize their merch. If ordered on-site, products can be picked up at a dedicated pickup booth. A total of nine teams are targeted, including Baekho, fromis_9, Hwang Minhyun, ENHYPEN, NewJeans, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, LE SSERAFIM, ANTHEM, and Kim Junsu. The service will officially launch after the festival ends.
Meanwhile, the 2023 Weverse Con Festival is a ‘Music & Fan Life Festival’ where attendees can enjoy diverse fan experiences on Weverse. A total of 19 teams, including TOMORROW X TOGETHER, NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, and ENHYPEN, will participate.
Weverse stated, “We are introducing new services at the festival site to provide a better viewing environment and more enjoyable fan experiences for attendees of the Weverse Con Festival,” adding, “Weverse will continue to proactively identify and enhance areas necessary for improving and expanding fan experiences from the user’s perspective.”
