The Daegu Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Kim Suhak) announced on the 30th that Firefighter Park Gwanghun (Dalseo Fire Station), Fire Sergeant Jeong Jaehun (Bukbu Fire Station), and Firefighter Jang Wooyeol (Seobu Fire Station), all affiliated with the Daegu Fire Safety Headquarters, donated 500,000 won to support residents affected by fire damage.

They won first place at the ‘Strongest Hero Challenge Competition’ held on the 13th at Yeouido Park during the Seoul Safety Festival and donated their prize money of 500,000 won to aid residents affected by fire damage.
The Strongest Hero Challenge is a competition for active firefighters and the general public, featuring events such as obstacle removal, life rescue, and securing fire lanes.
Firefighter Park Gwanghun said, “Since this valuable achievement was earned through the team’s joint effort, I am glad it can be used for a meaningful cause. Although it is a small amount, I hope it helps neighbors in need.”
