Sozinkong Recruits 'Specialized Training Institutions' to Help Closed Small Business Owners Reemploy

The Small Enterprise and Market Service under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 30th that it is recruiting educational institutions for the '2023 Hope Return Package Reemployment Specialized Training' to support the reemployment of small business owners who have closed or are about to close their businesses, until June 12.


The reemployment specialized training is a project that discovers companies (institutions) capable of linking employment for closed small business owners, specializes the curriculum according to the desired talent, and supports practical employment after training.


The selected educational institutions will conduct reemployment specialized ▲curriculum development and management ▲operation of training courses and employment linkage for graduates ▲discovery of best practices based on the demand of closed small business owners.


The selection scale is around three institutions, and the 2023 Hope Return Package reemployment and re-startup educational institutions cannot participate simultaneously. Each institution will operate with a budget of up to approximately 200 million KRW, aiming for more than 100 graduates per institution.


Applicants must be non-profit organizations or groups capable of conducting effective reemployment training for small business owners who wish to change jobs after closure. Detailed requirements can be found in the announcement details.


The final selected educational institutions will propose the final training program plan considering the specificity of each curriculum and decide the final operating budget through detailed consultations with the Small Enterprise and Market Service.


Application routes and detailed information regarding recruitment can be found on the Small Enterprise and Market Service website or the Hope Return Package website. Applications can be submitted via email until June 12.

We will select educational institutions capable of providing quality training to ensure practical support for small business owners' new beginnings.”
