Selected for the 2023 Resident Participatory Budget Project, Securing a Budget of 10 Million KRW
Village Concert and Bazaar Scheduled for September
"Stopping by to rest for a moment, captivated by the beautiful melodies of a violin quartet harmonizing with piano and flute."
The second stage of 'Our Village Small Concert' in Wonhyoro 2-ga, Yongsan-gu, will be held on the 31st at Sancheon Village Square.
This concert is a project planned by the local resident group 'Wonhyoro-ro' to create 'Our Village Culture Day.' It was selected for the 2023 Yongsan-gu Resident Participatory Budget project, securing a budget of 10 million KRW.
The second performance will feature busking with cello and double bass. The first performance took place on the 10th from 2 PM for about 30 minutes. On that day, residents and children who had finished school classes enjoyed the concert together.
The representative of Wonhyoro-ro said, "We planned the concert to create a culturally rich village through after-school busking," adding, "It will be an opportunity not only for cultural activities but also for fostering harmony among neighbors."
The third performance is scheduled for June 14. In September, a village concert and bazaar featuring talent donors and jazz performance teams are planned.
