[Tomorrow's Weather] Cloudy on the First Day of the Holiday... Rain Drops in Some Areas

On the 27th, Buddha's Birthday, the weather will be mostly cloudy nationwide with raindrops falling in some areas.


In the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon-do, raindrops will fall from morning through the night, while on the west coasts of Chungnam and Jeonbuk, raindrops will fall between dawn and morning.

Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 20 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon-do, and the five West Sea islands, with showers of 5 to 20 mm expected in inland Chungbuk and the Gyeongsang region.


The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 14 and 19 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 23 and 28 degrees Celsius.


Morning low temperatures in major areas are Seoul 18°C, Incheon 17°C, Suwon 16°C, Chuncheon 15°C, Gangneung 19°C, Cheongju 19°C, Daejeon 17°C, Jeonju 19°C, Gwangju 18°C, Daegu 17°C, Busan 18°C, and Jeju 19°C.


Daytime high temperatures are Seoul 25°C, Incheon 23°C, Suwon 24°C, Chuncheon 26°C, Gangneung 28°C, Cheongju 27°C, Daejeon 27°C, Jeonju 27°C, Gwangju 27°C, Daegu 27°C, Busan 23°C, and Jeju 26°C.


From night, winds will gradually strengthen over the outer West Sea, and waves will rise, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.


Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, West Sea nearshore, and South Sea nearshore.


Wave heights in the outer seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
