Megastudy "Acquires Additional 30 Billion KRW Shares of Subsidiary Megabmc"

KOSDAQ-listed company Megastudy announced on the 26th that it will additionally acquire 346,065 shares of its building management and consulting subsidiary Megabmc for approximately 30 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Megastudy's stake in Megabmc will be 95.6%.

Megastudy stated that this stock acquisition is "for the purpose of raising funds for the subsidiary's entry into new business."
