Binggraeus, Binggrae Appointed as Advertising Models for 'Acapella Specialty'

Popular Binggrae Original Characters on SNS and YouTube

Set in the fictional world of the Binggrae Kingdom, Binggrae's own character Binggraeus, who has gained great popularity on social networking services (SNS) and YouTube, will debut as the advertising model for 'Acapella Specialty.'

On the 26th, Binggrae announced that it has selected Binggraeus as the advertising model for Acapella Specialty, a 460ml large-capacity PET coffee, and plans to target the premium RTD coffee market with differentiated marketing promotions.


In this advertisement, Binggraeus uses motion capture technology through a double to realistically express human gestures and facial expressions, cleverly conveying the B-grade sensibility favored by the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), continuing the storytelling of the existing virtual world.


Binggrae Acapella Specialty uses carefully selected beans from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and employs the water press extraction method, an extraction technique optimized for specialty coffee, to deliver the unique taste and character of premium beans.


Launched in 2020 with two varieties, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Tanzania Kilimanjaro, it successfully established itself in the market. In March of this year, Colombia Antioquia, characterized by its savory aroma and smooth body, was added, marking the beginning of the peak season and intensifying market penetration.


A Binggrae marketing official stated, "Starting with Acapella Specialty's first advertising campaign, Binggraeus will play roles similar to real models in various fields in the future," adding, "We will showcase differentiated promotions not only through Binggraeus but also by utilizing various in-house characters."
