"Come Watch the Piano Performance at the Summit of Yeonhwabong, Sobaeksan" ... Yeongju City to Host Azalea Festival

Hosted by Yeongju City in Gyeongbuk and organized by the Yeongju Culture and Tourism Foundation, the ‘2023 Yeongju Sobaeksan Azalea Festival’ will be held for two days from the 27th to the 28th under the theme ‘知·好·樂 ; Inform, Feel, and Enjoy Together’ at the Yeongju Seocheon Riverside (around Yeongju Bridge) and the Sobaeksan area.

In celebration of May, the month of family, the festival offers various experiential programs suitable for all ages, including families and couples, such as the Starlight Romantic Hot Air Balloon, Moonlight Romantic Moon Boat, Azalea Planting Event, and the adventurous Climbing Seocheon. Exciting congratulatory performances by singers Kim Dahyun, Lee Jiyo, and Kim Heejae will take place at the Seocheon Riverside (Yeongju Bridge).

‘Viva, Classic with Yeongju Sobaeksan,’ a piano performance held for hikers at the summit of Yeonhwabong Peak in Sobaeksan, is a newly introduced program. From the 27th to the 28th, local pianists Kim Chaeryeong and Kwon Oseon will participate, promising to delight the eyes and ears of hikers.
