LF, the lifestyle specialty mall operated by LF, announced on the 26th that it has significantly enhanced delivery convenience by recently introducing a 'Delivery Simulator' feature and extending the order cutoff time for 'Today Departure.'


LF Mall Introduces Big Data-Based 'Delivery Simulator' Feature

LF Mall recently introduced the 'Delivery Simulator' feature to enable customers to precisely predict delivery dates before making a purchase, thereby advancing its delivery capabilities. This feature analyzes delivery data from the past three months based on the customer's specified delivery location to estimate the expected arrival date. In addition to existing product delivery data, it comprehensively analyzes logistics data such as delivery destination information to provide delivery date guidance.


By providing accurate delivery date information, it is expected to enhance trust in purchase decisions and offer convenience to customers who wish to receive products on specific dates such as anniversaries. Currently, this feature has been applied to brands shipped from LF logistics centers, including Daks and Hazis.


Additionally, the order cutoff time for 'Today Departure' has been extended from 3 PM to 6 PM. LF has been offering a fast delivery service called 'Today Departure' for products stocked in logistics centers when payment is made before 3 PM. With the introduction of a new naming (Ssyung Delivery) to help customers intuitively recognize the service and the extension of the order cutoff time, the customer delivery experience has been redesigned to be more user-friendly.
