XR-based metaverse tech company Sconex Entertainment (CEO Hwang Dae-sil) announced on the 26th that Choi Jeong-hwan, Vice President of Sconex, will give a session presentation titled "Content Needed in the Metaverse Market" at the 'Samsung Global Investors Conference 2023' to be held at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul.
Hosted by Samsung Securities, this event is Korea's representative IR event attended by about a thousand domestic and international institutional investors each time, designed to support global investment attraction for leading domestic companies.
Sconex, which has released numerous metaverse contents such as VR games and metaverse platforms, plans to present a vision for metaverse content that will drive the metaverse industry to global investors. Vice President Choi Jeong-hwan, who will deliver the presentation, previously served as Sconex's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and has been active as a global virtual reality expert and international standards expert based on 25 years of digital content development experience.
In this session, Vice President Choi will present ▲ characteristics of the metaverse ▲ market size and growth prospects of the metaverse ▲ metaverse content strategies of big tech companies ▲ current status and future prospects of metaverse platforms. In particular, he will share insights on the goals of metaverse content pursued by global big tech companies and discuss the future focus of metaverse content on ▲ originality ▲ interaction ▲ pursuit of new experiences through devices.
A Sconex official stated that through this event, "We will inform global investors of Sconex's vision to launch various XR lifestyle-based gaming contents in the global market by 2025 and enhance corporate value as a specialized metaverse company."
Meanwhile, Sconex is accelerating the release of metaverse content, aiming to launch the art-specialized metaverse edition (eddy:sean) beta this year, unveil the VR escape room game 'Room Escape Online' on Meta App Lab, and release the VR first-person shooting (FPS) game 'Strike Rush,' co-developed with Meta, in the first quarter of 2024.
