Hyundai Hillstate was the first in Korea to introduce various innovations such as a safe apartment applying Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) in 2015, an eco-friendly apartment with walking trails in 2016, an AI-based voice home apartment in 2017, Dress Square in 2018, apartment-exclusive fragrances in 2019, and a sleep system in 2020.


Since 2018, Hyundai Hillstate has launched the H Series, an optional residential product line including new layouts like H Clean Entrance, H Relax Bath, and H Dining Lounge, meeting market and consumer needs. The number of products introduced through the H Series reached 12 in 2018, 10 in 2019, and 10 in 2020.


In 2021, as residents spent more time at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the concept of the H Series was shifted to a ‘space faithful to the essence of home,’ and a system for space utilization was established. Since last year, the previously developed H Series products have been presented as more evolved offerings aligned with consumer feedback and future trends.


Additionally, Hyundai Engineering & Construction defined residential spaces as a ‘Life-Style Platform’ for the first time in the industry to realize Hyundai Hillstate’s unique value. The Life-Style Platform is defined by three customer value propositions (SVC): ▲Stylish Life, ▲Various Life, and ▲Comfortable Life, which are concretized into products and delivered to customers.


In March of this year, a new English BI was introduced. While maintaining the existing ‘H’ shaped symbol and unique color that embody the meanings of ‘Hyundai’ and ‘Heritage,’ it was combined with a new font for the English ‘HILLSTATE’ inscription. This reflects the vision to provide customers with residential values that evolve with the changing times.


Hyundai Hillstate applies and implements this lifestyle platform, embodying its brand philosophy, in all newly sold complexes. On the official Hyundai Hillstate brand YouTube channel ‘Hills Casting,’ which has surpassed 190,000 subscribers, viewers can experience Hillstate’s sophisticated and trendy lifestyle through brand advertisements, lifestyle content, and collaboration videos with synth-pop band ADOY.
