This year, Lotte Construction, which won the Power Brand category at the Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, is enhancing the value of the ‘Lotte Castle’ brand based on excellent design and planning with the concept of a ‘luxury apartment like a hotel.’
An example of this is the ‘Jurae Lotte Castle Goldsmart’ located in Jurae-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan. It is built from basement level 2 to the 37th floor above ground and consists of a total of 998 households. It is composed only of small to medium-sized units ranging from 59 to 84㎡.
The Jurae Lotte Castle Goldsmart applies the next-generation exterior design called ‘Lotte Castle 3.0.’ Lotte Castle 3.0 is a modern reinterpretation of the classic design of past Lotte Castle buildings, featuring the ‘Mega Frame,’ a specialized landscape structure unique to Lotte Castle, on the rooftop of the landmark building, making it easily recognizable from afar. Additionally, the landscaping, which was previously something to admire and observe, has been transformed into a space to experience and enjoy.
The complex consists of 4-bay slab-type and 3-bay tower-type units, maximizing storage space by considering residents’ lifestyles. All units are primarily south-facing and arranged in a linear layout to secure ventilation axes and openness within the complex. Community facilities such as a fitness center, small library, senior citizens’ center, daycare, and management office are specialized within the complex to provide a comfortable environment for residents.
This apartment complex is located near Jurae Station on Busan Subway Line 2. Using the subway, residents can directly connect to Seomyeon Station, the downtown area, and nearby are the Western Intercity Bus Terminal, Dongseo Elevated Road, and Gimhae International Airport.
It is also notable that the complex is situated on flat land, which is rare in the area. Flat land is popular because it offers convenient vehicle access and good proximity to the subway station. The height difference between buildings is more consistent compared to sloped areas, and it is advantageous for securing sunlight and views, making it highly attractive to buyers.
Another major advantage is that it serves as a residential area supporting the ‘Sasang Smart City.’ The complex is located at the Jurae Intersection, the gateway to the Sasang Industrial Complex, making it one of the biggest beneficiaries of development. Nearby are Jugam Elementary School, Jugam Middle School, and Jurae Girls’ Middle School, along with various private academies and arts and physical education institutes. Within a 2 km radius, large supermarkets such as Homeplus and E-Mart are available, providing well-established infrastructure.
