Geumcheon-gu Holds 2023 G-Valley Export Consultation Meeting to Help Small and Medium Enterprises Explore Overseas Markets

Various Support Measures Provided to Participating Companies for Overseas Market Expansion

A Total of Two Export Consultation Meetings: One in Geumcheon-gu and One in Guro-gu

Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon), in cooperation with the Seoul Business Agency, Guro-gu, and the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, will hold the ‘2023 G-Valley Export Consultation Meeting’ on July 12 at the Gold River Hotel in Gasan-dong to support small and medium enterprises seeking to expand into overseas markets.

Now in its eighth year, the G-Valley Export Consultation Meeting will be held twice this year. The first session, targeting beauty and healthcare companies, will take place in Geumcheon-gu on July 12, and the second session, targeting IT and electrical/electronic companies, will be held in Guro-gu on September 20.

During the export consultation meetings, about 50 companies from the beauty and healthcare sectors located in G-Valley and Seoul will have one-on-one consultations with overseas buyers.

After the event, Geumcheon-gu plans to provide various supports to participating companies, including product shipment assistance, customized export consulting, and interpretation services.

Applications for domestic companies to participate in the export consultation meeting are open until June 2. Companies in the beauty and healthcare sectors located in G-Valley and Seoul interested in participating can apply through the Seoul Business Agency website under ‘2023 G-Valley Overseas Buyer Invitation Export Consultation Meeting Participant Recruitment.’

Mayor Yu Seong-hoon of Geumcheon-gu stated, “We hope the export consultation meeting will help companies located in G-Valley expand overseas.
