According to the county on the 24th, this civil servant kindness and integrity training is planned to be carried out until the 31st as an on-site, close-contact, face-to-face training where the instructor visits offices directly, departing from the conventional training methods.
The main contents of the training include response techniques for unusual complaint situations, how to make a good first impression and handle phone calls well with customers, and conversation methods to open the hearts of complainants. Face-to-face training and monitoring are conducted simultaneously to provide vivid on-site close-contact education, and it is expected that civil servants will do their best in responding to complaints.
In addition, along with this kindness training, integrity training by the audit department is also being conducted to improve this year’s comprehensive integrity evaluation, bringing Muan closer to becoming an integrity-driven county.
After the completion of the touring training, Muan-gun plans to conduct group training for all employees based on the training monitoring results, and expects that complaint kindness and integrity services will greatly improve through phone response monitoring and follow-up training in the future.
Governor Kim San said, “Through the kindness and integrity training planned in a new way, I hope that kindness will be a smile, Smile Muan, and that we will practice NO to solicitation and ON to integrity, providing substantial administrative services.”
